Customer Support Specialist I


Applicant will have the opportunity to work remotely or at our Dallas, Texas office location.

We are currently looking for Qualified Customer Support/Technical Support Representatives. If you feel that you can provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis then this job is for you. Note: Experience in the Web Hosting Field is a strong asset.

Job Description

  • Front line support resolving issues through through chat, email and the community forums quickly and effectively.
  • Educate and empower our customers on how to utilize our Hosting platform 
  • Become an expert on our Cloud Hosting Platform's features and capabilities
  • Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate channels
  • Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues by customers by utilizing our internal channels
  • Managing and developing support documentation and  processes.


  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Ability to work well with a global team in a fast paced environment and quickly learn new concepts
  • The ability to recognize patterns and solve problems with attention to details
  • Great people skills and a desire to learn new things
  • Work well under pressure when dealing with customers
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the dedication to the customer service experience.
  • Organized and have the ability collaborate with others to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Must have some technical experience


  • Certifications like A+, network+, MSCE, CCNA are a plus.
  • Ability to code in a programming language
  • Understanding of Linux 
  • Experience in the Web Hosting or Cloud industry

A Customer Support/Technical Support specialist is responsible for building and maintaining customer loyalty through quick and efficient support request resolution, as well as securing new customers by helping to answer any questions posed by potential new customers. They will be connecting with clients through our ticket system, live chat, and community forums.Training:We provide training for new hires and continuous training for existing employees, strong understanding of the above requirements is preferred.
