ServerHub is currently seeking dedicated and motivated employees looking for a career in the Web Hosting and Services Industry. We are a small business that is experiencing growth in our industry. We are currently looking for Qualified Customer Success Manager / Account Manager. If you feel that you can provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis then this job is for you. Note: Experience in the Web Hosting Field is a strong asset.

Job Description (What We Expect From You) 

      You will be the primary contact for current and new customers who sign up for the ServerHub Platform

  • You will be assigned customers and will be their relationship manager, ensuring they are getting the resources and help they need to ensure success on our platform. 
  • Create award winning engagement experiences with our customers both new and existing
  • Engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty, revenue growth, and successful use of our platform and products
  • Own the ultimate responsibility for the customer’s satisfaction with our platform
  • Onboard new businesses to set them up for success
  • Work both collaboratively and independently with our current team via internal chat 
  • Deliver successful customers into the contract renewal process
  • Become an expert on our Cloud Hosting Platform's features and capabilities
  • Escalate critical issues and customer concerns to management 

Requirements

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Passion for providing exception customer service experiences
  • Passion for technology and customer advocacy 
  • The ability to recognize patterns and solve problems with attention to details
  • Great people skills and a desire to learn new things
  • Work well under pressure when dealing with customers
  • Some Technical experience preferred, or a strong willingness to learn our platform

Bonus

  • Startup Experience 
  • Prior experience in similar environments in Customer Success, Sales
  • Understanding of Linux 
  • Experience in the Web Hosting or Cloud industry
